• Expertise in Well Stimulation, Wireline and Flow Control Equipment for the Oil and Gas Industry in accordance with API (American Petroleum Institute), NACE (National Association of Corrision Engineers) and other relevant specifications.

Design

• Dedicated team of designers utilizing state-of-the-art Computer Aided Design "CAD" software supporting Computer Aided Manufacturing Software "CAM" — SolidWorks and MasterCam.

Manufacturing

• Flexibility — from small Just-In-Time to Large Runs.

• Material expertise — SAE Alloy Steels; Corrosion Resistant Alloys such as Incoloy, Inconel and Nitronic; and, Aluminium.

• Fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") system allowing capture via barcodes of employee and machine time, together with other inputs such as material, consumables and outside work, allowing real-time monitoring of production activities and scheduling.

• Full time production staff of approximately 30 highly-qualified individuals working two shifts.

• Full range of CNC and manual lathes and mills with up to 5-axis capability; in-house deep-hole drilling capability.

• Modern facility with 25 ft ceilings, 5 and 10 ton overhead cranes and large secured yard on 81,000 ft² site in SE Calgary Alberta Canada with excellent transport truck access.

• Fully staffed and equipped Quality Assurance department involved in First-off, In-process and Final inspections.

• Coordinate Measuring Machines — CNC CMM and FARO Arm.

• Non-Destructive Testing — hardness testing, magnetic particle testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, surface finish testing, and ultrasonic thickness testing.

Traceability

• Ability to track, by means of unique serial numbers, product history including manufacturing date, dimensional inspection results, test results, material certification details, and other relevant information.

• Traceability information stored electronically and by hard copy for minimum of 7 years.
